Navigating my focus more towards the field of People & Culture, I find myself most effective when working within an ambitious team, and for a purpose-driven company. In developing a company and when building teams, I rely on my experience as a coach, fostering my change management skills and the extensive experience I built when recruiting for various industries. Beyond my professional pursuits, I enjoy immersing myself in a good book, crunching for XP in video games, and channeling my energy through kickboxing. As a 3rd wave coffee enthusiast, I don't care too much about the latte art, as long as the taste of a freshly brewed cup is top notch.
