Over time, we repeatedly

AmChart (AmChart.io, a subsidiary of ~$130m sales AMSYS Group US) provides hospitals & clinic chains a suite of software & services based solutions to 
 - automate patient consultations & help patients follow their care plans / access their records through simple, app-based solutions
 - support hospital network customers to organize and make sense of their medical data for research & licensing purposes
 - enable engagement with patients through regular notifications/health advice, habit tracking & custom health packages for a personable brand connect 

As our clients regularly vouch, our innovative, simple-to-use solutions are laser focused on patient's clinical outcomes & engagement as opposed to complicated EHR/EMRs in the market.

I was the first international leadership hire for the company reporting directly to the COO/CBO. Here's how my work transpired at AmChart:
 - Transitioned from a consulting role to heading the medical data licensing arm for India market
 - Single-handedly managed business dev., deal negotiations, client-driven product dev. & B2B integrations, and daily sales ops. as we built the data pipeline. 
 - Led a 35+ executives & PMs & liaised with tech/vendors to build Data Licensing & Patient Engagement verticals pan-India. Set up processes & relationships to achieve Yr 1 data-count goal of 5m+ records within two quarters. 
 - Onboarded 32 client hospitals/lab networks & partners nationwide from self-generated leads at >80% Close Rate. 
 - Unlocked 45% of biz. via consultative sales. Handled business reviews & training with all accounts/stakeholders.
 - Strategically refocused to an asset-light model saving the firm millions of $. Lined up 7 investors & data partners. 
 - Ensured launch-readiness for New Initiatives like smart remote clinics & unlocked tech synergies with parent co..

AmChart Health- VP & Country Head, India Market (Reporting to COO/CBO)

Call For Abstraction

Cultural coaching & EQ nudges to boost operational efficiencies/team morale & manage attrition rates for consulting clientele in Healthcare, FMCG, Finance, Media, Hospitality & Services sectors. 

We were consulted/approached by 15+ cos. like RPG, Care24, BJP Political Consulting Team, UrbanClap, Collabera, OCS, Credit Suisse, Thomas Cook, AmEx, OYO, Reliance Brands, Atom Technologies etc. In this role, I hired & collaborated with several ace coaches & right brain experts many of whom themselves had a management consulting background & global work experience.

- Delivered for these organisations on solving problems related to Internal PR & workplace issues with emotional underpinnings e.g. improving post scale-up productivity of teams in VUCA situations, honing gig workers’ soft skills, & tackling softer issues like cultural or age divide / navigating rapid change / breaking bias / gender sensitisation, and more
- Led a US-Indo-Chinese team of 5 to consult on-site for VDAIFU (China based paediatrics startup then valued at $150m+; later expanded to 5 more cities in CN) & Sai Sudha Hospitals (a pvt. chain in Andhra P.)
- Consultant to a stealth mode deep tech startup in the automotive space. Solicited thereof by Daimler AG in 2016 with incubation support & special entrepreneur category immigration to Singapore, contingent on joining as a co-founder
- Advised the CFO (an ex-Goldman Sachs Partner & MD) at F/ELD, a premium American consumables brand

- Led nutrition advice-driven hyperlocal wellness e-commerce startup w/ >70% MoM action based user retention
- Team selected by UBER for one-on-one mentorship w/ CTO Thuan Pham; profiled by Entrepreneur Magazine (link)
- Managed a team of 15 FTs (7 techies) & 7 interns/PTs to launch mobile app with robust logistics backend. Finalised deals with 80+ top brands & nutrition/fitness chains (Uber, Starbucks, Gold’s Gym, RAW Juice, RiteBite et al)
