I’ve gained extensive experience in mergers and acquisition being through the process twice myself. I’ve broad range of skills and expertise in number of areas including but not limited to generalist human resource management, human resources strategy, learning and development, employee engagement, communication, health and wellbeing, culture transformation, industrial relations, employee relations, remuneration and benefits, organisational development, succession planning and people analytics.
