De Agile Testers is een testbedrijf in hart en nieren en we hebben ons gespecialiseerd in Agile testen en direct daaraan verbonden activiteiten. Wij acteren vanuit een visie dat IT een snelle en flexibele enabler van klantwaarde is!

Onze kracht zit in het feit we ons met hart en ziel kunnen storten op onze ambitie om de beste Agile testers van Nederland te zijn. Onze missie? Excellence in Testen!

Onze medewerkers krijgen alle ruimte om zich verder te ontplooien en hun kennis uit te breiden rondom People-Agile-Test-Technology skills. Verder hanteren wij een streng aannamebeleid zodat we zeker weten dat onze mensen voldoen aan de hoge eisen die wij zelf stellen. Al onze medewerkers komen uit ons eigen netwerk en wij nemen alleen mensen aan waarvan we weten dat ze tot de beste Agile testers van Nederland behoren.

We ondersteunen onze klanten met testtrajecten door middel van 3 soorten dienstverlening, namelijk Detachering, Solutions en Trainingen. We zijn geen zijlijn roepers, maar helpen de klanten hands-on. Voordoen, Samendoen, Zelfdoen!

Wij hebben een interne cultuur van leren en zelfontplooiing. We houden niet van hiërarchische structuren en complexe processen, maar van servant leadership en van bedrijfsvoering die direct waarde toevoegt. Want De Agile Testers is natuurlijk zelf ook 100% Agile. Qua personele groei wordt er, heel Agile, geen doel gesteld maar ook geen limiet. We groeien autonoom mee met de vraag van onze klanten. En die vraag is er!

In early Research phases, S&T and VS scientists need to identify, optimize and select candidate genes as potential new traits to be further developed in the downstream Trait and Breeding pipelines, and complemented with regulatory data. This process relies on efficient mining of a huge amount of discovery and regulatory data, data aggregation and analysis to enable data-driven decision-making.  

In the past, discovery and regulatory data was scattered across different locations which was making the data mining step very cumbersome. To address this problem, Seed Technologies & Analytics (STA) has setup a dedicated program called Compass. For the last three years, Compass has been implementing a uniform management of essential discovery and regulatory data, as well as data analysis capabilities to facilitate and accelerate data driven decision making.  

Program Compass is delivering several products enabling: 1- faster discovery of new leads and optimization of existing, known genes by collecting unmanaged discovery and regulatory data in a centralized location accessible and searchable by the whole R&D community; 2- knowledge sharing across R&D and LTO; shorter discovery period and consequently shorter time-to-market and  business continuity through the entire R&D pipeline and Life Cycle Management of our established products by standardizing result as well as created knowledge documentation.

As a Proxy Product Owner I'm responsible for a team that develops the Content Hub. The Content Hub aggregates and distributes content to the websites of Thomas Cook and other customers. Websites using the content are f.e. thomascook.com, thomascook.be, neckermann.nl.

The Learning Network (TLN)

The Learning Network is, in addition to their role as distributor of (digital) learning material, a company that continuously develops new and flexible solutions to support students, teachers, school and educational institutions in their learning process. All of which in combination with superior services. 

I work as an Agile tester / Scrum Master in the team that is responsible for operations and development of the web shops for MBO, HBO and WO. This concerns the web shops Studers.nl and Studystore.nl. 

The most important result was the realization of the all-new web shop Studers.nl. We realized this web shop with two teams in a short period of time.

Kadaster

The Land Registry registers and provides information about the location of real estate in the Netherlands and the associated rights, such as property and mortgage. This also applies to ships, aircraft and (underground) networks. 

Within the Kadastrale Inwinning (KI) unit I was working in the GVF+ team. This team is responsible for operations and development of a set of very diverse applications related to the deed processing process.

Als Agile Engineer ben ik uitstekend inzetbaar in Agile en DevOps teams. Door mijn ervaring als Agile Tester en Informatie Analist/Ontwerper kan ik gedurende een sprint op diverse vlakken mijn bijdrage leveren. Daarnaast ben ik gecertificeerd Scrummaster en daardoor tevens goed in staat om het team te faciliteren tijdens de sprint en alle zaken die daarbij horen.

Cordeo is een professional services organisatie voor marketing automatisering. Cordeo levert een dienstenpakket op maat voor het automatiseren en verbeteren van processen op het gebied van marketing materialen en andere huisstijldragers. Patrick werd ingezet om een integratie tussen XLdoc en Translations.com (TDC) te realiseren. Hier was Patrick als Informatie analist en functioneel ontwerper verantwoordelijk voor.  Daarnaast werd Patrick ingezet als business analist om klanten te helpen beter gebruik te maken van XLdoc.

Belastingdienst via Ajilon IT

Het project Generieke Logistieke Systemen (GLS) bestaat uit 2 systemen. De eerste is de BBA, dat is de Belastingdienstbrede Berichten Administratie waarin alle binnenkomende en uitgaande correspondentie wordt geregistreerd. De tweede is het Opdrachtmanagement Centrale Processen (OCP) en dat is een op maat gemaakt workflow management systeem voor de centrale processen van de belastingdienst, hierbij is te denken aan geautomatiseerde aanslag en aangifte stromen voor Aanslag-belastingen, Toeslagen en de processen voor Samenwerking UWV – Belastingdienst.

Ik was als ontwerper verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van informatie analyses en het schrijven van het functioneel ontwerp. Tot mijn werkzaamheden behoorden ook het reviewen van testontwerpen, het reviewen van basisontwerpen, het aanpassen van het logisch datamodel, het coachen en inwerken van nieuwe en minder ervaren ontwerpers.

Functioneel Ontwerper

Bij de Belastingdienst is men al enkele jaren bezig met het vernieuwen van het Aanslag Belastingen Systeem (ABS). Vanuit een realisatieteam wordt releasematig ontwikkeld. Het realisatieteam bestaat uit Functioneel Ontwerp, Bouw en Test.

Als functioneel ontwerper binnen het realisatieteam was ik verantwoordelijk voor het schrijven van functioneel ontwerpen, MMI(Mens Machine Interface) sessies beleggen met de klant, het reviewen van testontwerpen, het reviewen van het globaal ontwerp, het aanpassen van het gegevensmodel, het coachen en inwerken van nieuwe en minder ervaren ontwerpers.
