Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

• Contribute the development of Supply Chain Management system to the organizations
• Monitor raw material market prices, exchange rate and local inflation to enable appropriate procurement measures

• Authorized signatory person for NOBEL OIL and  NOBEL GOLD bank accounts in Myanmar with other senior managements

• Ensured proper mob – de-mob of all rental tools/purchased goods for effective cost savings
• Challenge in Coordination on requests(Traveling arrangement, Visa arrangement, Charter/Flight Arrangement, Manpower service request)
• Obtain Import License and customs clearance 
• To draft plans, policies and procedures for successful implementation of logistics system.
• Authorized signatory person for NOBEL OIL bank accounts in Myanmar with other senior managements
• Additional responsibilities as office administration and document controller

• Prepare material receiving report and updates Supervisor with material receipt data entry
• Obtain Import License and customs clearance 
• Marketing research for the equipment rental and purchase
