At mClub I specialised in facilitating powerful connections between forward-thinking business leaders and accomplished leadership coaches. My clients and their coaches embark on a collaborative journey, igniting growth, fostering self-awareness and propelling them towards extraordinary achievements.

Before focusing on Executive Coaching, I also created two IT Leaders Peer Coaching Groups which are made up of Owners, Founders, CEO-s and Managing Directors of IT companies with 10-200 employees and these members are from all over the world, meeting on a monthly basis.

I welcomed about 10 executives in other Peer Coaching Groups that mClub has such as Marketing Agency Leaders Group and Brand Leaders Group.

Prospect Research Ltd was a lead generation company based in Cambridge, UK that mostly provided appointment setting services for various small and growing mid-sized companies in the United Kingdom.

Doing research on companies and their leaders, getting through gatekeepers and setting up appointments with the right prospects was my day-to-day. 

As a team - we worked together on tayloring the right scripts for different types of campaigns, which had to cover qualifying points that clients required in order for the appointments to be qualified.

Managed to set up 10 appointments in one day for an Apprenticeship Program campaign which resulted with surpassing my daily target by 500%.
