Planning and implementation of complete packaging lines for a grocery discounter in the area of frozen bakery goods. I am planning the complete packaging lines for a large new frozen bakery goods factory with several bakery lines. This includes budget planning, project proposal, technical and supplier selection (throughout Europe), scheduling, machine acceptance inspection, transfer into production, supervision of production launch and handover to production. 
I manage an annual budget of 20 – 30 mil €. 
SBG is the abbreviation of Schwarz Beteiligungs Gesellschaft.
