Chef de projet programmes d'incubation

- Assurer le suivi, la formation et l’accompagnement des entrepreneur.e.s. Coacher les porteur.se.s de projet, identifier leurs enjeux, les mettre en relation avec des mentors et des experts qui les feront grandir, organiser et / ou animer les formations qui correspondent à leurs besoins.
- Identifier et mobiliser les mentors, les experts et les intervenants nécessaires à l’avancée des projets. Faire vivre le réseau d’alumni, solliciter d’autres entrepreneurs et contribuer au renforcement du réseau d’experts et de mentors qui pourront intervenir à l’occasion d’ateliers, de formations ou de rendez-vous individuels.
- Assurer de l’adéquation entre les programmes implémentés et les besoins des entrepreneurs. Échanger régulièrement avec les porteur.se.s de projet, faire évoluer les programmes pour maximiser leur impact sur les participants.

Participation in a campaign for the election of the Sports Office. 
Participation in the organization of sporting events: The TIME (Inter Micro Entreprises Tournaments) is a sports tournament that brings together around 500 participants. The school’s associations compete in a tournament of Football, Basketball, Badminton, Volley, Billiards and also E-sports. I was in charge of organizing and officiating the basketball tournament. 
The Golden Sprint is a team orientation race in the city of Rennes. I was in charge of this event and I "managed" it. I made a project proposal to the Town Hall and the school, determining the cost of the event, the logistics and the sequence of the event minutes by minutes.

- CSR Manager 
Writing the half-yearly report on the various dimensions of Corporate Social Responsibility with the criteria of the ISO 26000 standard as a guideline. 
The main actions implemented were: The reorganization of our association room (in order to improve working conditions), Waste recycling, the establishment of carsharing for sports training, but also an improvement in collective decision-making, with the general assemblies focusing on the speaking of all.

- Head of Basketball 
Head of training and organization of university championship games, as well as the ESC French Cup. Champion of the Basketball category at the TGO (Tournois Grand Ouest, a student sports tournament organized by the Audencia Business school, bringing together 800 students from 4 major business schools).
