Yo! I’m Quinn I graduated college in 2019 with $300.67 to my name in a bank account I shared with my mom (embarrassing lol). I started a full-time sales job, got curious about building wealth, and eventually found real estate. I closed on my first property (a house hack) in January 2021. The results were pretty epic: ✅ 4x’d my investment ✅ free place to live for over a year ✅ a risk free trial run at managing a rental I got married last year so I kicked my roommates out and moved my wife in. The benefits we now enjoy are: ✅ $100k of equity ✅ $795/mo mortgage ✅ beautiful home in a great location Most recently we launched an Airbnb in June and have exceeded expectations. Our occupancy rate is 81% and our Year 1 Total ROI is trending to 32%. Eventually I’d like to get into the commercial world, but for now I’m enjoying building a small portfolio on my own.
