The word is out...

Timothy Armoo's has written his first book!

I got to visualise key ideas inside the book.

All because I said a simple 'hello' at a networking event.

But I nearly didn't... 

The first time I walked over to him, I got shy. 
He looked like he was busy chatting.

I thought, "𝘐 𝘥𝘰𝘯'𝘵 𝘸𝘢𝘯𝘵 𝘵𝘰 𝘪𝘯𝘵𝘳𝘶𝘥𝘦"

But my lovely friend Alexis wasn't having any of it.

😂 She walked over WITH ME.
😂 Obviously, he was happy to say hi.
😂 We took this goofy photo.

Then, Timo dropped a lil comment, "I've got a book with Penguin coming out. I'd love to talk to you".

So what is it really like?

And last night I had a bit of a holy sh*t moment.

It wasn't during the talks, it was during the dinner. 

I watched one of the tables across the room raise their glasses as though they'd known each other for years.

The warmth radiating from that table took me back a little bit - beaming smiles, laughter, hugs, every single one of them was leaning in. 

You would never have known that most of them met for the very first time that evening. (The table I was on was the same 🫶).

When our new members officially join on the 15th Oct, my hope is that they have an epiphany...

💬 "I don't have to do this alone any more."
