The Southwest Regional Office of FCCI opened in 2012 and Tony has the unique opportunity of being a critical component of the claims organization in the region.

Tony 's role as a Claims Specialist with FCCI Insurance Group for the Southwest Region involves focusing on investigating, evaluating, and negotiating commercial insurance claims for various businesses in the Southwest Region.  Tony manages a diverse case load, focusing on creative, efficient, and effective claims handling.

Liberty Mutual Insurance

As a Sr Technical Claims Specialist at Liberty Mutual, Tony is responsible for investigating, evaluating, and managing a case load comprised of cases of the highest complexity. The cases present challenges in the arenas of coverage, liability, damages, and negotiation. 

Tony focuses on managing each case "the right way" and bringing cases to closure with the best possible outcome while communicating and following through on agreed upon strategies with defense counsel, experts, and customers. Tony focuses on compassionate claims handling for the benefit of both his customers and claimants. 

Tony's specializations include handling high exposure claims for Automotive Dealership Accounts, Energy Accounts, and other various Large National Accounts involving complex coverage and liability issues with a concentration on customer service.

Sr Technical Claims Specialist

As a Technical Claims Specialist II at Liberty Mutual, Tony is responsible for investigating, evaluating, and managing a case load comprised of cases of the highest complexity.  The cases present challenges in the arenas of coverage, liability, damages, and negotiation.

Technical Claims Specialist II

Responsible for investigating, evaluating, and managing a primarily litigated case load.  Focusing on managing the litigation process and bringing cases to closure with the best possible outcome while communicating and following through on agreed upon strategies with defense counsel and customers.  Specializations included Automotive Dealership accounts involving complex coverage issues and unique liability claims handling.

Technical Claims Specialist I - Litigation Specialist

Under limited supervision, manages, investigates and resolves claims assigned and assists in providing service to policyholders/customers which may include national or large business accounts as well as the more complex cases within the Claims Service Team.  Specializations included Automotive Dealership accounts involving complex coverage issues and unique liability claims handling.
