*Actual Iceland 😂  The prompt was: get on a plane and find the most remote island possible 🤣🤣 . Anyway real talk it was pretty harrowing. And the resulting descent into madness is here for all to see and enjoy. Plus director's cut coming soon 👀

To mark the moment, we decided to do something a little unreasonable. If we were going to call this the best Air ever, we needed to find the best air in the world. That meant going to Elliðaey, a remote island in Vestmannaeyjar, Iceland. To be clear, this is an island off the coast of an island off the coast of an island. One house. No roads. Just space to breathe.

Getting there took flights, boats, the Icelandic coast guard, and a harrowing climb. It was inefficient, impractical, and somewhat intentional. We are building AI tools to scale creative work, but we still believe meaning is earned, not generated. Sometimes you go far not to ship something faster, but to remember yourself why hard work matters — why the process itself is part of what makes something good.
