Tomorrow is my last day at FERMÀT.

Feels surreal to even type that.

A little over two years. What a f*cking ride.

I came in as a consultant.
I’m leaving as a believer.

Somewhere between the chaos and caffeine we built something special.

We sponsored a rat.
Threw a party in a castle.
Made SaaS couture a thing.
And turned a startup into a proper brand.

It has been one of the most fulfilling, chaotic and brilliant runs of my career.

To Rishabh Jain and Shreyas Kumar, thank you for everything. You weren’t just great bosses. You were great humans.

Watching brands scale on a platform we poured our hearts into has been wild.

I’ve become a sharper marketer, a better operator and (almost) a more patient human.

But the real ROI was the memories, the people and the late-night “one more edit” moments.

As for what comes next, stay tuned.

I’m working on a few fun projects until the end of the year, and then who knows.

One of the best things Rishabh Jain made me do when I was working for him was make a time blocked schedule. 

He was one of the best leaders i ever encountered and knew exactly how to empower his killers.

My super power was being a looney tune and I needed deep work to that.

This biggest mistake I see from a lot of top tier MKT leaders is they don't brag on themselves enough.

NO ONE especially your boss has any idea what you are doing. 

Brag on yourself (in a sincere and meaningful way). 

This is the path.
