As an administrative officer at Nasarawa State University, I support the smooth and efficient running of the academic and administrative functions of the institution. I have been working in this role for almost a year, and I have gained valuable skills and experience in office administration, meeting scheduling, and office operations. I am responsible for coordinating and facilitating various tasks and activities, such as preparing agendas and minutes, managing correspondence and records, handling inquiries and requests, and maintaining office supplies and equipment. I also collaborate and communicate with different stakeholders, such as faculty, staff, students, and external partners, to ensure effective and timely delivery of services and information.
