The Taste For Adventure is a travel, food, and RV lifestyle brand that produces writing, photography, and community engagement. It is my passion side project with my husband as we travel the country full-time in our fifth wheel.

Olympia Moving & Storage

During my time with Olympia, I helped quadruple the annual revenue of the business. I built the marketing & business development department, processes, and initiatives from the ground up. I was charged with generating tens of thousands leads annually. As a leader at a rapidly growing company, my influence went far beyond my department. I created and executed the processes, communications, and branding for many other facets of the company, including the customer experience, customer service, recruiting, and internal communications.

•	Mentored and managed the marketing department, and guided business development activity for the sales team
•	Oversaw marketing vendors including internet marketing, PPC, website development, graphic design, print, mail, promo items, and more

Opinion Research Intern

•	Researched, created, and executed a plan to stimulate the company’s online review profiles and Internet presence
•	Compiled referral source reports and reached out to referral sources through e-mails and incentive programs
•	Managed customer support for two sales representatives from initial contact, to the sale, to the end of the move process in order to establish a stronger relationship with the customer
•	Allowed Olympia to take on 15% additional jobs over the previous summer due to increased sales efficiency
