Manages all Delivery Management resource across open projects in CV USA.  Works with Heads of KB Dev, KB Architecture, and Tech Services to make resource allocation as efficient as possible, also works closely with the Customer Success organization to provide excellent service and innovation to our customers.  Provides escalation support point for all priority disputes.  Supports the sales team in specification and scoping of new projects.  Manages and supports the Delivery Management team members.
