Develop and implement strategies to enhance Primary Care quality measures, patient satisfaction, volume/ patient   access, and staff wellness.

Establish partnerships across the organization to collaborate and provide team-based care for each unique patient population and care needs.  Build and foster a team of clinical, practice, and program managers to remove barriers and meet organizational goals.  Centralize and standardize processes including triage team and interoffice dynamics, scaled prescription refill processes, change management on processes at a system level to reduce burden of the Epic in-basket, and enhance tools and methods for care management outreach team.

Selected Contribution:

•	 Participate on Rush Health Professional Subcommittee and RUMG Quality Community to enhance CIP measure, AWV capture, and TCM performance with central and office support staff. 
•       Work with Rush Community Health Equity team to embed a food pantry for patients on campus to provide a bridge toward 
food security, established SDOH screening processes across the organization, and strategize to expand Food is Medicine program.
•        In a post- pandemic time, implemented tactics to stabilize staffing at all levels, utilized organization development ladders 
to promote leaders from within the organization, and build sustainable leadership structure. 
•        Partner with outside organization like Novartis and AMA for research initiatives with a focus on patient equity
•        Collaborate with accountable care organizations including CVS to reduce cost of care and enhance resources for high-risk patients.

Director Of Operations

NorthShore University HealthSystem

In this capacity, I oversaw day-to-day operations of the immediate care locations with an annual patient population of 175,000 and gross charges of $60M.

I manage the practice operations and respond to patient, physician, and employee issues in a timely fashion. I leverage technological enhancements to optimize patient access to NorthShore services and to enhance the overall customer relationship. 

I ensure People Management Cycle for physician and staff is consistently implemented to include hiring for fit, successful onboarding, career development and coaching, and performance review. I coach and develop a growing team of peers, ancillary departments, physicians, mid-level providers, resource pool, and support staff.

I delivered consulting services and maintained project plans for six unique products within information technology, revenue cycle management, and dictation/ transcription while ensuring project milestones are met. I established benchmarking standards and requirements for internal and external expectations.
