As a level 2 FA coach, MSc graduate in Sports Exercise and Nutrition and Diet and Nutrition Coach this has given me years of industry experience and knowledge of Sports, Health, Wellness and Fitness. I am a qualified, adaptable and motivated sport and P.E teacher with experience teaching to College level, and other extracurricular classes. Who also enjoys creating content on promoting a balanced nutritional and physical activity lifestyle. Increasing sport participation and development in the younger generation and everyone I encounter is my motivation for content creating and being an educator.
