I love taking a fun approach to coaching RSAs in flooring industry. I love seeing the vision come together, and then it's FUN. I enjoy seeing RSAs connect with their clients and have a good time while putting it all together! I am a 2003 graduate of Fox Valley Technical College. I am a LIFETIME LEARNER. I love sales, marketing and leadership training- so that I can be up to date on the newest, latest and greatest in the flooring world (and beyond)! I also enjoy using social media to connect with our industry- and am always looking for new ways to communicate with retailers! My ultimate goal is to help teach, coach and educate to make the floor buying experience FUN! Picking out the right products for clients shouldn't be a hassle! It's my job (and my pleasure) to help retailers and RSAs assist their clients find flooring that suits their needs, wants and budget!
