My career has always centred around education - in particular international education. I started out as a primary teacher before teaching English in Hungary, UK and Japan. I now lead Kaplan’s online English test and our University Placement Service in UK - working closely with universities to support their recruitment and with institutions and companies globally who have a need for an online, adaptive test of English. I believe in compassionate leadership of my team and our students - supporting their growth and helping them achieve their goals. My joy comes with finding business opportunities which support our growth and ability to open up more doors to more of our students. Parenting: I’m a mum of 2 boys. My role has been/ is to latch onto everything that gives them joy and encourage them to follow their dreams. My parenting rules: choose one sport and one musical instrument. Be kind. Be open-minded.
