Executive Recruiter - Headhunter & HR Consultant

Act as partner to the business in the areas of HR, Health & Safety and Training. 

Drive & Implement HR Strategy, Recruitment & Selection, Employee Relations, Training & Development, Performance Management.

Human Resources Manager

Work closely with the Regional HR Business Partner, Directors & Management Team to develop the high performance culture necessary to achieve change and organizational objectives 
Research, review and implement HR policies and practices in consultation with HR & Training Manager & MD’s ensuring alignment with company culture, structure and strategic direction 
Work with MD, Global HR and Training & Development to develop the structures and systems to ensure employees can adapt to meet changing needs of Citco
Attend monthly local Management meetings to keep abreast of operational issues and business updates
Coach and mentor local Management ensuring to deliver guidance, support and advise in compliance with employment law and company policy and in line with best practice employee relations
Provide accessible and visible support and guidance to employees in compliance with company policy and employment law 
Monitor and resolve employee relations issues
Report to the MD’s and HR Manager Ireland key statistics and KPI’s 
Provide feedback to the MD’s and HR Manager Ireland on exit interview comments
Weekly/Monthly written report of key HR statistics relating to recruitment, turnover and absenteeism
Implement HR initiatives in support of Business & Strategic Plans
Design, support and coordinate the bi-annual performance planning & review process 
Manage recruitment resources (internal & external) to drive down recruitment costs and ensure timely recruitment of quality resources
Build key relationships with the Internal Management Team
Ensure the HR systems are kept up to date at all times and ensure timely delivery of business intelligence reports from the systems to the MD and Global HR as requested
Proactively and positively participate in various company wide projects as part of the HR team
Responsible for HR Budgets 
Deputise for HR Manager in their absence

HR Business Partner

Responsibility for recruitment, including finding innovative ways to attract strong candidates, managing the offer process and monitoring new employees’ adjustment
Work to ensure that appropriate reward, performance management and employee engagement systems are in place to attract and retain personnel
Ensure full compliance with all relevant employment legislation through the assistance in the consistent design, development and implementation of industry standard HR Policies and Procedures for relevant areas of responsibility
Maintain relationships across the business to ensure effective end to end processes
Develop employee relations solutions in conjunction with line managers
Ensure best practice management of absenteeism process
Investigate disciplinary and grievance procedures as required and instigate performance improve plans where necessary
Assist line managers with the performance management process, both annual and interim
Responsible for payroll 
Developing and promoting a positive working environment
Ensure that a safe environment is maintained for staff and visitors in compliance with Health and Safety requirements and best practice
Complete quarterly CSO reporting
Conduct Exit Interview

HR Generalist

Provision of high volume HR administrative support on a day to day basis to clients, management and employees across a broad range of HR processes
Manage the administrative recruitment process from authorisation through to offer, to include advertising, liaising with agencies and candidates, setting up of interviews, generating offer letters and contracts, reference checking, regret letters
Managing and Updating Personnel Files – electronic/paper versions ensuring that personnel records are fully compliant with audit and legal requirements
Maintain all HR spreadsheets/reports  such as Social Welfare, Return to Work, Travel Deductions, Maternity Log, Fixed-term contracts, Education Tracker, Internship Programmes, New starters, Employee Status Report and Headcount Reports 
Maintain all organizational charts
Monitor timelines of the various appraisal process  
Responsible for employee benefits administration – Pension, Healthcare and Travel allowances 
Absence Management administration   
Deal with all employee administration requests
Contribute to developing HR policies
Ad hoc project work

HR Assistant

	Shift leader responsible for junior staff members 
	In the absence of the Front Office Manager attend weekly HOD meeting  
	Responsible for training junior staff, setting and maintaining standards
	Check in and Check out guests
	Handle/balance cash and bills in a secure and responsible manner
	Deal with all complaints in a courteous and efficient manner
	Responsible for the day to day queries that arise at Reception
	Provide reservations assistant outside of their office hours  
	Ensure good communication with all Departments
