o	Creation and implementation of a digital Enterprise Portfolio product - user centric, managed as per Agile methodology, with analytics and insights for decision makers
o	Enabling the delivey of 500MUSD savings over 2 years
o	End to end oversight of the Novartis transformation programs both in the core business and back office– such as decentralized clinical trials, digital product launch, digital mix marketing models, procurement analytics, startup integration programs
o	Underpining project decision making, to ensure that anything we start new is doable and will help best prepare Novartis for the upcoming healthcare market disruption
o	Alignment of complex internal and external organizations and stakeholders around a single benchmarkable methodology, driving greater accountability, focus and transparency end to end (top 12 Countries, 4000 associates)
o	On target to deliver the IT for IT projects (60MUSD), including adressing additional budget challenges throughout the year
o	Development of a diverse team of 40 persons located across 4 countries

Mission: Support the digital and people transformation of Novartis IT 

Achievements:
o	Enforced the IT Location Strategy worldwide
o	Designed and rolled out of the IT change plan, so as to keep employees engaged and accountable throughout transformation
o	Supported the set-up of the operating model for the IT Digital team

Service Excellence and Workforce Development Lead

Nokia

Mission: Supported the CIO in developing efficiency and effectiveness of the IT department

Achievements:	 
o	Definition, operationalization and implementation of a new worldwide IT Operating Model following the acquisition from Nokia (5 000 employees)
o	Behavior and mindset transformation to create a new cohesive Nokia culture within IT
o	Elaboration of the Digital strategy for Nokia and plan to build the IT Digital practice

IT Planning Director

Alcatel Lucent

Monitoring of 400+ projects/year for an average budget of 100ME

Mission: Enabled the Lead to Cash Business Transformation
Achievements:	 
o	Enabled 8 organizations from 3 Regions to reach one end to end process and governance framework to improve speed and quality of decision making as well as customer relevance
o	Lead to Cash Dashboard prototyping:18 KPIs giving end to end visibility from offer validation to contract execution & cash collection 

Mission: Improved predictability and consistency of project execution; and replicated best practices where relevant in the company
Achievements:	 
o	Created an IT M&A toolkit to be more efficient on these specific programs (faster onboarding, preset milestones to follow)
o	Aligned 14 organizations around one single new Operating Model leveraging operational excellence methodology
o	IT representative in the outsourcing negotiations of 700 employees to Accenture
o	Creation, implementation and management of a 9 steps gating process, to act upon project delivery through greater discipline, end to end alignment and collegiate governance
o	Design and production of the IT dashboard, to follow and act upon project delivery (on time, scope, cost and benefit)

IT Operational Excellence Gating & Reporting Director

Accountable for 270M€ annual variable budget

Mission: Created the Alcatel-Lucent logistics department, to improve adaptability and responsiveness of the customer delivery model while deliver 15% cost savings in 2 years

Achievements:	 
o	Cost saving target overachieved with 20% (54ME) delivered in 2 years; bringing down the logistics on revenue variable ratio from 3.1 down to 2.9%
o	Recruitment of 55 persons over 3 months on all 3 continents
o	Design and execution of a business transformation program composed of 19 projects:
-	Logistics strategy defined
-	Full reorganization of our warehouse network: creation of 3 distribution centers (Paris, Shanghai, Plano), reassessing and reduction of our local footprint from 82 local warehouses down to 47
-	Creation of a transport control tower, to optimize flows between nodes (grouping, SLA monitoring and air/sea arbitration), be more efficient in last mile delivery and reduce our carbon footprint
-	Improved packaging, supporting transport optimization and to reducing wastes
o	Management of a fit-for-purpose Logistics Ecosystem with partners

Mission: Audit various areas of the company, primarily seeking for credible supply chain improvements best supporting professionals

What an event, and what a conference!!
Organized by Dr. Fatima Sanfourche, PhD for Feminin Pluriel Berlin at the #FrenchAmbassy of #Berlin, I was very proud and honored to be on the panel. 

The theme was "her mind matters: empowering women's mental health". 
We talked about women care, the position of women in society, and how more vulnerable we are to mental issues. 

I was invited to share more about #burnout, and in particular how to be more proactive than reactive on the matter. 

The figures speak for themselves: 
👉  In the US, about 44 % of female employees report being burnt out at work, compared to 36 % of male employees. (source Fortunes)
👉  A survey from VoxEU found that women are three times more likely than men to burn out (1.85% vs 0.54%), implying that by age 40, about 1 in 7 women has experienced burnout   

...So why are we not more proactive?!
👉 often we have no time - or rather, we make no time for ourselves. ....But if we're not well, who will do all what we do?!
👉 often we think change is big and painful - so rather avoid it until we have no choice..... but it does not have to be! For instance, we built THEe PUZZLE around small and incremental changes - because none of us has hours to spend on changing!

Also, be proactive with your friends and colleagues - because no one is lucid when they head to burnout.

How exciting!!

This Tuesday, we are going public for the 1st time with a pinch of what we have been working on the past 12 months....

Our well kept secret has been to develop a course for executive who want to become successful entrepreneurs. 
I've personally been on both sides, and it shocked me how different both jobs are. You need help to start well, and that’s what we do with our step by step program.

We're officially launching in #January2026, and Tuesday will be our first time ever public, in a 2h workshop delivered in partnership with the Global Entrepreneurship Week (GEW) Basel 🙏

Another wonderful event with the Swiss Biotech Association - this time with a focus on #HR!

👉 We learned about equality and equity - and other aspects that gives its noble letters (…or not!) to HR.
👉 We discussed AI and what the future of the HR function will be. 
“Prepare for the Tsunami” and “there will be lots of new jobs, while others disapear” were my two favorite quotes.
👉 We exchanged around HR initiatives - cultural changes, social projects led by employees, resources workforce planning…

 All this in beautiful #Lausanne, in the amazing and historically classified building of Debiopharm together with a warm Swiss hospitality.

What a #launch it has been!!

Yesterday, for the first time after 1 year of preparation, I have led the first executive to entrepreneur #workshop - tick! 

Together with 13 participants, we discussed the differences between working for a company, and turning your corporate expertise into a profitable business. 
The workshop was 2h, and we could have stayed longer!
A huge thank you for your contribution and overwhelming feedback.

Becoming an entrepreneur who wins goes way beyond learning the skills. 
It is about your #identity and the right #mindset. 
It is about building a #system that will #acquire #customers. 
It is about generating your #income, with a path to #financial #stability.
