Masa Israel Journey

Created and managed national alumni division’s activities, which connected more than 1,000 Masa Israel alumni with fellowships, events, and educational opportunities. Facilitated special gatherings, including Tel Aviv-themed party in Manhattan, attended by 180 program alumni, and alumni leadership summit; placed coverage of summit on front page of The New York Jewish Week.

Edited and facilitated publication of articles by Masa Israel participants and alumni in Jewish publications nationwide.

3. Conceptualized and wrote a beautiful children’s book for an exceptional New York school.

4. Landed clients’ stories in dream outlets including American Banker, Fintech Is Femme, JTA, and more.

5. Partnered with the brilliant branding & digital design agency Verticalloop | Design for Good on everything from sleek websites to fundraising materials that wow.

6. Turned industry leaders into LinkedIn personalities people recognize (and stop to talk to IRL).

7. Wrote a winning Forbes 50/50 application for a client whose achievements blow us away. 

8. Watched our storytelling and PR work convert, bringing in prospects, selling out a venue, and generating paid customers for our clients. 

9. Loved getting invited to share my experience as an entrepreneur, business owner, and mom with the lovely team at Unqork.

10. And finally — seeing my own day-in-the-life video blow up with nearly 2 million impressions on LinkedIn. Those were some fun metrics to wake up to!

CEO @ Enunciate | Tell Your Story

I’m thrilled to share that our marketing agency, Enunciate, is 7 years old! 

My goal when I launched Enunciate wasn’t to start an agency. 

It was to tell leaders' and organizations’ stories, and to amplify their impact — and I’m so glad that it grew into an agency early on!

While Enunciate began as a one-woman production (with an occasional baby in a carrier), we transitioned to be a team with far-reaching skills, from content strategy and creation to PR and video. 

From filming customer videos in homes across the country to writing books, and from prepping clients for on-stage speaking engagements to leading emotional, tear-filled interviews, I feel so fortunate that we get to shape and tell incredible, timely stories every single day.

So, how did it all come together and grow? Here are four principles that I lead with as an entrepreneur and business owner: 

1. Say yes and adapt where needed

If it’s in our wheelhouse, we will meet the client where they are. We customize our services for clients and flex in ways that fit their needs. 

2. Never say that you “don’t have the bandwidth” for a project. 

While it’s important to be honest about what you can achieve, growing a business entails literally growing the business! 

3. Commit to constant learning and growth. 

Some learning opportunities are big, like a course or a conference, while others are small, like testing new tools, reading the news, and scrolling social media with an eye toward what works and what doesn’t. In either scenario, consistent learning and growth are essential and have helped us roll out new offerings and produce even more amazing content for our clients.

4. Do your best work ALL THE TIME. 

Whether the projects are big or small, we are dedicated to never “phoning it in.” We capture our clients’ voices, shape their stories, and share them with their audiences — always in ways that put their best face forward.
