Hi There! Thanks for checking out my Bio 🌻Have you ever tried therapy? Did you feel heard? Did you feel safe and attuned to? Or did you feel judged, like you’re doing it wrong or like the therapist forsure “knows better”. 🌻Therapy is an incredibly nuanced field with tremendous potential for growth and healing. That being said, Not every situation calls for therapy and not every therapist is for everyone. 🌻Did you know that at least 80% (I think even more), of what makes therapy effective is what we refer to as the “therapeutic alliance”. The relationship between the therapist and client. It doesn’t matter how much schooling or what fancy degrees a therapist has, if a client doesn’t feel safe and attuned to, not much will work! 🌻As someone who’s been through extensive therapy for many years, I am keenly aware of what constitutes good therapy and unfortunately what bad therapy looks and feels like as well. 🌻It is my priority that my clients feel safe, heard and unconditionally accepted, when we meet. The healing process is as mystifying as it is rewarding and it looks different for everyone. I focus on creating an airtight safe space for my clients and on helping them get connected with their core self. 🌻IFS and somatic work are a big part of what I do, if and when the client is ready. Life is hard, and can often feel overwhelming- but the truth is, we absolutely can and deserve to heal.💫 🌻I am incredibly grateful to be in a field that pushes me to constantly seek inside myself and grow.
