In the process, I learned 3.5 languages, to navigate change, many types of music, and developed my love for exploration of ideas and places. I saw multiple ways of distributing resources, great creativity and a variety of solutions, and saw both innovation, and systemic inequities. I apply that diverse, real world + ivory-tower experience to guiding teams toward understanding their context, and working together for creative, pragmatic solutions... to adapt and thrive, equitably and sustainably. After two decades across the corporate and impact sectors, in 14+ countries, I became more convinced that + business, which creates ~3/4 of the world's wealth & goods can make huge positive impact through improving their processes, and in actually contributing solutions toward global issues. + the majority of leaders and staff want to believe✨ in their work, and leave a positive legacy.
