--Created first analytical model at Salesforce for equal gender and race pay that resulted in a $3M+ initiative to level.
--Detail reviewed and improved all department processes for efficiency by creating new tools, removing manual tasks, and analyzing our current systems for improved workflows and reporting. 
--Automate tasks by creating formula-driven models in Excel, Access, SQL, programming in VBA, and running Python script.
--Benchmark Global Benefits programs, in over ten countries using multiple data sources and calculations to rank Salesforce programs against market data and other internal metrics, presented in graphical form. Resulted in implementation of new multi-million 401K program. We paid for the 401K program by unlimited PTO for senior managers and above, which eliminated the cost to accrue vacation days, while providing more freedom to employees. 
--Create analytics, charts, and infographics to best present information/message to executive management.
--Global project manager of the global implementation of new LOA vendor, Matrix, managing team of 20+. While configuring Matrix, heavily involved in writing tech requirements, testing, and prod. Oversaw work by internal communication, training, equity, and legal teams. 
--Implemented the tech system for Open Enrollment: Workday UAT testing, liaison with tech team and the business.
--Created Access/VBA databases and templates used by multiple teams.
--Point of contact for all benefits IT requests, primarily focused on process optimization and data management, along with facilitating benefits programs. Worked heavily alongside tech to bring the business needs to life.

Senior Data & Operations Analyst, Compensation & Benefits

--Broadening scope of work to also cover large-data analysis and process improvement for Compensation, Benefits, Mobility, and Technology systems for all of Salesforce's Total Rewards programs in all countries, to drive business based on insight and to decrease manual processes with automation through leveraging tech programs and tools.
--Project manage Global Rewards initiatives, including: compliance in reporting with new board mandates, creating consistent global system of data entry into one consolidated system of record, system workflow and data cleanup. 
-- Project manage and Workday/tech liaison for Open Enrollment.

Data Analyst, Global Rewards & Operations

--Trail-blazed a brand-new role on the compensation/operations team; create story-telling analytics that support the goals and outcome of Salesforce's global compensation programs for 20K+ employees, including: merit, bonus, and stock. Produce analytics in chart, graphic, and infographic forms, all within the specified Salesforce branding and themes. 
--Scale and optimize new software, tools, and database to support growth from 20K employees to 40K employees by 2020.
--Create SQL tables and queries to automate ETL: data formatting, reporting, and refreshing our compensation software
--Automate manual processes by creating formula-driven models in Excel, Access, programming in VBA, and running Python script.
--Program Manager for global bonus plan for acquired company covering 2K employees in 7 countries.
--Prepare accruals for bonus programs for quarterly and year-end financial statements.
--Implement new versions of compensation-program systems and market-data tools. On team completing user testing of new software of functionality and data before rolled-out to entire team. Lead on learning tools and training team in functionality.
--On two-person team responsible for designing and running analytic models for diversity metrics, including initiative costs. Resulting in an $3.3M initiative for equal-gender pay.

Data Analyst, Compensation & Operations

--In part of Salesforce’s acquisitions, analyze accuracy of data and business processes of merging companies' management programs. 
--Performed 15+ analysis of all transactions performed in management system, by reviewing 40K+ lines of data; valued how often transactions were performed accurately, pinpointed specific reasons on why/when/where transactions were performed incorrectly, that lead to corrective action within the system and in processes moving forward. 
--Build automated models in Excel and writing recall script for routine reports and audits; create ad hoc analysis and decks for senior management.
-- Built Excel model to audit all new-hire entries into Workday for accuracy, by writing formulas to compare fields in Workday to source-information reports. The audit/model is refreshed in minutes via copy and paste of new data-dump from systems,  saving hours of manual audit each week.

--Facilitated the art-sales process with major clients including hotels and individuals, start-to-finish by sourcing artwork, creating concept packages, exact-specification documents, pricing documents.
-- Worked directly with artists, designers, frame-and-mat vendors, print vendors, and purchasing agents. 
--Created prints on paper, photomat, dibond, vinyl, and many other mediums. 
--Used Salesforce to track sales and accounts, and Quickbooks to create invoices, purchase orders, and track business. 
--Worked with Graphic designer to create custom images.

Art Consulting

One Kings Lane

--Implemented market-based, pay-for-performance model for over 500 employees, for the first time at OKL, working directly with the Chief People Officer, CFO, and CEO, to define philosophy and tool outcomes. 
--Prepared people-related analytics and reports for BOD, including: payroll, gender pay, workforce planning, and staffing reports. Worked heavily with Excel and statistics, including regression modeling.
--Designed first-time company tool, working directly along side the CFO and CEO. The data-and-formula-driven calculations recommended payment for each individual employee, based on market rates and company rules.
--Created framework for equity-refresh program and led allocation of stock options with strategic tools. 
--Audited FSA for compliance with employee-contribution restrictions, and other government mandates. 
--Customized software and built out HR/Finance processes for cross-functional efficiencies.

--Worked for Emmy-winning foundation to research and write content for articles and Wikipedia articles, along with photographing events.
