Managed various sales and marketing initiatives to promote BRI to both customers and prospect companies.

Employed within World Cargo Ltd part of the WTA Group
•	Joint board responsibility for achieving increased revenue from £8 Million to £18 Million over 7 years 
•	Located at each of 3 UK offices at different points, with responsibility for the operations and budgets of both the Birmingham and London branches 
•	Devised and successfully implemented B2B Marketing Strategy to differentiate the company in a saturated market, including a name change
•	Actively involved in the acquisition of new business and the retention of existing customers and development of overseas agents 
•	Board responsibility and continual implementation of People Development and Training programmes and successfully implemented the Investors in People standard.
•	Researched potential targets for acquisition and was subsequently involved in the due diligence and successful transfer of the customers
•	Voted as European Director of CTN, the International Forwarding Network to represent and protect the opinions and wishes of the European region.
