Working across both digital and live, in-person events from the starting creation point to the final live end event product. Regardless if it was digital or live, I would ensure that the event ran as smoothly as possible under all aspects and overcoming any issues that arose on the day and also .
 Day-to-day tasks include, liaising with venues, clients, and attendees. Sourcing locations, venues, vendors, creating menus, creating graphics, reviewing contracts and also leading and training team members along with additional general operations tasks.
 During my time at the company, I’ve run a variety of in-person conferences, both the UK and wider Europe. Being responsible for the event days on-site, dealing with clients, AV teams, venues, catering staff and managing the overall team.

Project Executive in the Warner Music Brands team, ensuring campaigns, projects and collaborations between artists and clients ran smoothly.  Some of the projects I’ve worked on include; House of Vans X Foals (Album Launch Party), Tuborg X Clean Bandit and Clarks whilst also working with Levi’s on a number of campaigns both strategically and creatively as their official Music Partner.

I joined Warner to work on the Levi’s Music Project x Loyle Carner project. The content involved in this project included a 9 minute documentary, instagram and physical Zine and filming the Liverpool Festival, Sound City.

Working on Malta’s biggest breakfast show, creating and overseeing fresh, organic and fun content for both on air and on screen.  Producing live broadcasts outdoors, both content and technically.

Creator and producer of the UK’s most honest beauty podcast. Working with some of the biggest names in the beauty industry in exploring and discussing new and outrageous beauty topics. Script writing, organising and editing for the final podcast to be that of a brilliant listen.

Video Coordinator working across all Global brands ensuring everything is in check pre and post production of the filming. Aligning and organising schedules, working with high-level talent and working with a finance system. Also working on major live events including Capital’s Summertime Ball and The Global awards.

Intern turned Assistant Producer for The Chris Moyles Breakfast Show and Producer of the Sunday Social.  The creation of fresh games,  content and scriptwriting along with organising talent were a few of many day-to-day tasks.

As part of my internship at the media company I would be selling different media outlets different competitions and videos which they would use on their platforms. I would see the process of this from start to finish, this included:contacting different people from different media outputs, selling in the campaign, updating the electronic system with all the details and then passing on the information to the distributors. Once the campaign finished I would then collect and collate the results together, creating reports to go to the clients.  During my internship I also undertook many admin tasks for the office and would often sit on reception to make sure the office and all staff were fully equipped.
