First workday of the year.

And I'm still processing how much this team shipped in the last one.

2025 was intense. 
A lot of building. A lot of iteration. The bar kept moving up.

In the span of months, we went from serving Seed and Series A startups to supporting unicorns and public $XXB enterprises.

Through all of it, this team kept showing up.
Listening to customers. 
And shipping.

Because of them, we brought a new way for modern GTM teams to navigate complex deals and relationships:
- Living, breathing, automated relationship maps
- AI-powered suggested contacts across key personas
- Warm intro pathways via exec and investor networks
- Job change tracking
- "Ask Centra", our AI agent, directly from Slack
- Sequencing support via Outreach, Gong, etc.
- Phone and email enrichment
- Contact location filtering
- Leadership and reporting dashboards
- Bidirectional SFDC integration and embedded Lightning component
- Enterprise-grade performance, scalability, and security

The list goes on.

What I'm most proud of isn't how much we shipped.
It's how it shipped.

With extreme care and ownership. From a team that genuinely wants to do right by our customers.

Everyone at Centralize raises that bar every day, and I don't take that for granted.

No map, no deal.

Had an absolute blast riffing with Doug Camplejohn on Revenue Renegades about a pattern every seller and revenue leader has felt:

Deals that look solid in forecast but quietly fall apart.

Not because of product.
Not because of pricing.

But because the deal was single-threaded and no one really knew who mattered inside the account.

When teams are flying blind on power, influence, and the real path to sign, surprises show up late and hit hard.

This one was especially fun given Doug's founder & operator background at LinkedIn and Salesforce. Few people have seen enterprise sales from as many angles, and it shows in how he thinks about revenue, relationships, and execution.

Appreciate you having me on, Doug.

One of those conversations that sticks with you.

Your deal was in commit.

Now it isn't. You don't know why.

No objection.
No competitor.
No pricing drama.

Just silence.

Here's the truth:

You never had the full buying group.

While you were working your champion, someone else was deciding without you.

Security.
Finance.
An exec you never met.

They were never in your CRM.
Never in your forecast.
Never in your plan.

So when commit slipped, it felt random.

It wasn't.

Enterprise deals don't die on calls.
They die in rooms you're not in.

They didn't say no.
You just never knew they were there.
