HackSoft is an exceptional end-to-end software development company.

As a CEO of the company, my job is best described as a "gap filler". I identify problems, think of solutions and make sure everything is making progress - either projects for clients or internal processes.

Alongside that, I make sure our expertise is constantly improving & we are providing better services for our clients.

HackSoft's main areas of expertise are:

- Team leadership & project management. We excel at establishing rhythm ( https://www.hacksoft.io/blog/rhythm ) within teams and making things move.
- Frontend development - we build beautiful, mobile-optimized, and responsive apps and pages.
- Single Page Applications - we can deliver complex single page applications built on top of React.
- Backend development - we do robust, scalable and stable backend using Python, Django, and whatever else is necessary.
- DevOps and reliability engineering - we are experienced in working with Heroku or AWS infrastructure. Keeping your product up and running is part of our job.
- Mobile development - we build fast and reliable mobile apps using React Native.

HackConf

HackConf is Bulgaria's premier software development conference, organized "for developers, by developers".

HackConf was born from HackBulgaria's courses.

Hack Bulgaria

HackBulgaria is a Sofia-based hacker school, specialized in preparing people for their first job by:

1. Teaching Python & JavaScript, as programming languages.
2. Filling the gaps in practical software development, by teaching Linux, Databases, git, testing and other important stuff.

For the 10 years of existence, HackBulgaria taught over 1000 students who eventually found a career in the IT industry.

HackBulgaria gave birth to HackSoft and HackConf.

HackFMI

HackFMI is a hackathon, happening twice an year, at the Faculty of Mathematics and Informatics at Sofia University.

For the time being, we managed to organize 8 hackathons in total, bringing tons of great moments for all participants.
