As an accomplished management professional, I am leading a team of 160 engineers providing strategic and operational oversight to ensure top-tier performance. My expertise lies in developing individuals, teams, and technical communities, while coordinating engagement and growth initiatives. In my current role, I oversee staffing, hiring management, and strategic program development that drives the dimensions of the group. I also work closely with stakeholders to assess various situations and provide tailored solutions to achieve goals. My experience in a previous role also includes supporting business across the Web community, recruiting, interviewing and onboarding candidates, hiring management, team structure design and allocation, and supporting career development, growth plans, mentoring, and coaching initiatives. Additionally, I act as a product owner and drive continuous development on R&D initiatives within the Web Community. I am proficient in using Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban, and I support using task tracking tools like Jira, Redmine, etc. As a former web developer with a backend-centric profile, I started my software development journey as a PHP Engineer. Throughout my career, I have gained experience in various fields, including Business Intelligence, where I worked on large data sets extracted, transformed, and loaded into analytics tools developed by our teams. As a team leader, I led a team of seven people from a technical and administrative standpoint. I have also worked on a world-class CRM solution and have experience in Python development, including restructuring a PHP monolith into microservices written in Python and running on Docker. In addition, I have supported an R&D team in developing a Docker-based REACT+NodeJS+Postgres application.
