•	Analysed historical sales and customer usage data to model elasticity (deal size, product offering, days to close, actual product usage). Resulting in restructured pricing plans to shorten sales cycles and increase upgrades

•	Researched each potential VC (investment criteria, common stakeholders/customers)
•	Created tailored pitch decks, overseeing consistency in data, design and messaging with constant
iterations based on metric/finance updates,  and executive pitch team feedback
•	Implemented Base CRM to manage contacts, meetings & due diligence.

-  Architected financial model for tracking over 200 contract customer's revenue, churn, products, MRR/ARR with notifications to Sales team of near end contracts.
-  Spearheaded research and purchase of Zuora, a SasS subscription billing service, and worked with team to architect, anticipate special use cases, migrate current customers and test.
- Implemented employee expense reimbursement software
- Handled all accounts receivable

- Planned, managed and executed office relocation including: budgeting, finding real estate, negotiating lease, working with CAD files for space planning, overseeing IT/networking for the office, contractors, interior design and all relocation logistics.

- Supervised Office Manager to automate office operations. Implemented, corporate travel agent, automatic lunch and vending delivery, implementing meeting room manager.  

- Managed onboarding process until a Recruiting Manager was hired, conducting culture fit interviews, aiding offer letter and relocation work and managing interview schedules.

🤩 We just wrapped up a really successful 7 month partnership with an incredible brand and company (case study to come, for now I’m keeping it general:). 

🔍 The experience really drove home how important ongoing Discovery is. We all know Discovery is the most important phase of any sales process, but to be honest I think it’s the most important phase of any continuous relationship, whether you’re in sales, marketing, product, or a committed partnership lol. 

⏳ A lot can can change in 7 months. And, a lot can go wrong if you’re not making it a point to regularly check-in on new pain points, expectations, goals, etc. etc. 

🌟 Here, Discovery began on our very first call and it continued for the entire 7 months we worked together. This allowed us to have incredible alignment, which enabled us to move things forward with more ease, save time, thoroughly enjoy our work, and produce the highest-quality deliverables.
