Some of the responsibilities of this position include:

Coding: 
Applying structured programming techniques to solve business issues, while adhering to coding standards.

Testing: 
Developing Unit tests and test scripts. Performing unit, regression, conversion, parallel and smoke tests. Additionally, developing system test data and performing system tests.

Analysis/Design
Analyzing technical requirements and making determinations for the modifications of existing computer programs/modules or iof new programs/modules nneed to be developed for a specific application, system and /or database.

Technical Support
Research and resolve routine to moderately complex programming issues with immediate, short term solutions.

Documentation
Assisting in developing program specifications and flowcharts. As well as, preparing good internal program documentation on program development and revisions.

Planning 
Preparing time estimates for assigned tasks.
