Assisted clients with closing gaps in their tax processes by integrating a broad suite of technology solutions. Drove efficiency by leveraging RSM Delivery Center resources in USA and India. Led National Tax's Cost Segregation group with responsibility for practice growth, go-to-market activity and talent acquisition. Launched our Metro NYC practice in Hoboken, NJ, re-energized our go-to-market focus in the West region and added resources in Chennai and Bangalore (India) to support our practice growth goals.

Coordinated with our regions on tax research and in drafting, reviewing and approving accounting method changes related to depreciation, tangible property regulations and dispositions. 

Invested in working with tax, finance, accounting, operations and the C-suite to advise on accounting methods related to tangible property acquisitions. Led market efforts nationally for our top, Global 360 clients across all sectors including US-based, inbounds and multi-national corporations and partnerships. Leveraged EY SaaS technology to arrive at optimal fixed asset management solutions and drive tax function improvement.

Capitalization Leader | National Tax Department - Accounting Periods, Methods & Credits

Led the NY Metro Fixed Asset Solutions Team and acted as the national subject matter expert for real estate, engineering, construction and capitalization issues. Assisted clients with:

I steered our accounting method marketing efforts in the NY Private Company Services space as well as assisted in our military veteran hiring initiatives.

Worked closely with M&A and real estate advisory teams to assist clients with financial/depreciation modeling, financial planning, due diligence and risk mitigation related to real estate and tangible property acquisition and divestiture.
