I'm an Talent Scout for Salesforce, focused on sourcing for early career roles, specifically directed towards generating pipeline and providing great candidates to the recruiters on my team with the best and most diverse talent to be the future of Salesforce in LATAM, while recently also supporting sourcing for EMEA roles as well. Our interns and graduates are met with a best in class program to kick-start or continue their professional careers at one of the biggest tech companies in the whole world, and I'm happy to be on the team responsible to help them embark on this journey, one I've also been lucky enough to go through With over 2 years of experience, mainly at Salesforce, I've developed a critical and strategic vision around recruiting by building pipeline for many different roles across the business units that partner with the University Recruiting team in Latam and participating in recruiting events, while also developing knowledge around operational work due to my constant interest on supporting our internal processes. Being part of an international team has made me a flexible professional who can transfer between languages with ease and constantly gives me an opportunity to understand the hiring landscape of different countries such as Brazil, Argentina, Mexico and Colombia, for tech and non-tech early career roles and lately gave me the chance to expand my knowledge as I start support hiring on roles in European countries as well
