Inspect onsite utility poles to ensure they meet joint use safety standards and regulations. Lead operational team to execute annual onsite services on ~15.000-20.000 poles and analyze ~400 technical projects. Design a process to allow irregular companies to contract joint utility regular space and keep correct use of wires and equipments. Support development of web platform to manage utility pole sharing data, delivering operational performance and process traceability/controllability. Expanded, as a result of team work, joint utility pole annual financial incoming on over 15% for 5 consecutive years. Manage web external project platform, INTERLIGA, to allow distribution projects to be submitted and analyzed remotely, delivering high value to customer experience as well as optimizing internal process.

Analysis and validation of power distribution projects, on an average of 800 projects/year, including medium voltage substations, low voltage installations, public lighting network, photovoltaic electricity generation, underground electrical distribution network.

Support development of energy reports, conceptual and executive energy efficiency project, according to IPMVP. Implementation of the Energy Efficiency Program of ANEEL, review design specification of efficient equipment (based on INMETRO and PROCEL technical orientation) as well as evaluate measurement of physical quantities related to building energy consumption.

Experience in project management, following PMBoK standards, having the responsibility to manage all the phases of a project execution, from the negotiation with customers, until the delivery of the  final project. Worked with projects in areas of energy efficiency, electrical installations and power factor correction. Managed or led about 10 projects in the junior enterprise among the different services.

Member of the Board of Directors of UFBA's Student Branch 2009/2010.
The student branch is dedicated to the development of skills and knowledge that are not covered by the curriculum of an engineering course, offering the possibility of working on small projects, which intends to introduce basic topics in electronics, programming, robotics, and other technical areas. The experience contributed to increase soft skills as communication, group work and initiative, as well as the chance to be in touch with the local professional network of IEEE.
