I am a hands-on Finance Business Partner with 15+ years of experience in a variety of fast-growing companies. My mission is to deliver high-quality financial and commercial information in order to create added value for the organization and support different types of stakeholders. I use my vast experience in controlling and financial management with a strong background in business management to execute projects, implement and improve: IT solutions, management supporting tools, reporting, and business processes. As Finance Director I lead, manage and coach people and teams to achieve desired goals, work out new solutions, and further develop the organization. My main responsibilities / achievements to date are: 1. I worked for various fast-growing companies (including international Groups). 2. I have gained broad experience in different sectors – banking, financial institutions, food producers, customer goods (baby stroller producer), service providers, and retail which allows me to see and work out problems with an open mind. 3. I have solid knowledge and hands-on experience (breadth and depth) in financial and management accounting, financial analysis, controlling, FP&A, P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow. 4. I have experience with leading (managing and motivating) different types of (international) teams in departments such as Controlling, Accounting, IT, and Operations. 5. Having different roles in finance and operations departments allows me to see more relations and connections inside the organization. Additionally thanks to those roles, I can communicate understandably with different people from various departments: Production, R&D, HR, Supply Chain, Logistics and Commercial. 6. I am involved in taking strategic business decisions, analyzing and advising on the development and building of the organization. I challenge the status quo to find a solution in a challenging case and find a positive result for each action. 7. I manage Cash Flow, daily including AR/AP, OPEX, and CAPEX. 8. I am familiar with various IT tools which help me create and develop controlling, budgeting, reporting, analysis, and cost and margin calculation systems. 9. I communicate clearly and with the understanding of differences between people’s attitudes (mindsets) from different regions of Europe. I worked directly with people from Germany, the UK, Italy, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, and Hungary. 10. I led the due diligence process, participated in the “roadshow”, managed the acquisition and integration process, and cooperated with private equity firms, and external advisors.
