I am a UX/Product designer with over 10 years of experience in both agency and in-house. The products I have designed and helped ship are used by the largest retailers in the world, such as Amazon, Zara, Uniqlo, Adidas, GAP, Carhartt, Pandora, and Nespresso, to name a few. Being inquisitive makes me the best designer I can be. It helps me build deep relationships with stakeholders to push design at the top of the agenda, and it allows me to see things that many people can't see in user research and design. I thrive on research, data, observations, and testing to inform my design decisions. A few achievements I am particularly proud of: • Created Validate from 0 to 1. A startup SaaS product which enabled universities to deliver entrepreneurship programmes. It helped the business to go from 2 clients to 8 in the space of three months • Designed and implemented a new optimisation programme for McArthurGlen across over 20 websites in multiple languages.
