Took the opportunity to reshape the outbound efforts of Video  Collaboration platform (SaaS) Vormats, where I could combine all skills that I already learned in the past into this role - From using OKR goal setting methodology, Prospecting into Enterprise & Team Leadership/Coaching.

Prospected into the CTO/CIO office, sourced 2M+ in qualified pipeline in projects like: Search, SIEM, Data Monitoring, End Point Security & Centralised Logging.

AmberScript

Validated the inbound sales channel of Amberscript. I was responsible for following up on new sign-ups and qualify if there was a need for a B2B relationship & contract. During this role I closed +/- 15 new logo's a month and 250K in revenue.

Outbound to decision makers in media departments in the University market in the Netherlands.
Set up a 14-step cadence, including video prospecting, Hosting a webinar about digital accessibility and the need for subtitles.

As Operational lead, my responsibility was to set up our manual transcription service branch next to the existing SaaS Subscription model. I led a team of part-timers works students & interns to build out a transcriptionist network of 250 freelancers in 11 languages.
