As an Organisational Excellence Manager for the NZDF, I work in challenging environments delivering projects and supporting others to utilise various methodologies to implement innovative solutions to problems. I train and coach employees on Lean Six Sigma and the in frameworks under the European Foundation of Business Excellence. Previous work experience includes 21 years in the Royal New Zealand Navy across the Maritime Supply and Reverse Supply Chains. I am passionate about applying technology and leveraging the power of data to increase productivity or reduce waste. I take a holistic systems-based approach to problem-solving. I am an active member of and have been a guest speaker at Auckland Property Investors Association networking and keynote events. I actively network to maintain skills specifically around new and emerging technology and data management. I focus on Organisational Agility to promote growth and innovation in the workplace or business world. I am a qualified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt focussing on Continuous Improvement projects across the Supply Chain System. Certified as a practitioner and Trainer for the European Foundation of Quality Management (EFQM). Recent projects focussed on Purchasing, Inventory Management, Deployment planning, Personnel, and Task Management. Currently studying at the Tech Futures Lab, Master of Technical Futures. I have a curious mind, and I love to learn new things. I enjoy contributing to group discussions and applying new and innovative ideas to work and home activities.
