My colleagues and business partners describe me as “A goal-oriented self-starter with a strong can-do attitude who takes initiative and comes up with total solutions based on strong work ethics, experience and eagerness to learn.” I started my career in the food industry as a service engineer. My goal has always been to help our customers in the most efficient and cost-effective way. Business travels to over 40 countries in the past 10 years and interactions with people from different cultures helped me grow as a person, and resulted in becoming Sales Manager for North and Eastern Europe. By only selling equipment when it was the right solution for the customer, I was quickly considered a trusted partner to the industry, known for building long-term partnerships. This also caught the attention of upper management, who offered me to relocate and build the US Operations from the ground up. Within 2 years I generated >$4M in annual sales and was independently running the US Operations. Since 2014 I entered the start-up scene and now 3 start-ups later I feel that this is where I belong. Lately established companies and start-ups increasingly reach out to me for advice and assistance in business growth and development.
