Assistant Business Manager (ABM)

● Responsible for managing the inside sales agents for the assigned geography (US & ROW) to drive greater value for the business and aim to get 2x output every quarter. 
● Currently handling a team of a minimum of 10 members, which includes Associates/ISM
● To consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team objectives
● Proactively identifying cross-selling/up-selling opportunities with the existing customers
● Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline
● Managing the team’s roster, tracking attendance, ensuring less than 2 unplanned leaves at a team level
● Identifying training needs and discussing it with Managers
● Sensing and raising early warning signal for attrition risk
● Improving Average Revenue per Agent- Month on Month
● Ensuring a high volume of daily transactions with Optimal ticket size
● To build & manage a strong sales team with a deep understanding of CRM, Referrals, B2C Business Nuances, and Product Knowledge
● Track and improve key metrics. Collate and analyze key daily/weekly/monthly data on various performance parameters and put actions after discussing it with Managers

Team Lead- Business Development 

● Responsible for mentoring & coaching existing & new members of the team.
● A Data-driven approach to providing solutions to sales processes.
● Motivating the team on a daily basis to maximize performance efficiency.
● Ensuring effort efficiency in terms of call duration/talk time and a number of calls each team member makes during a shift. 
● Ensuring compliance with internal sales processes.
● Acting as a champion to help team members to achieve sales numbers & provide guidance.
● Working with different support teams like quality/analytics/training to build a high-performance team.

Senior Inside Sales Manager

● Inbound and Outbound customer calls and convert them into sales
● Maintain, build and update calling/mailing databases
● Research on different tools to increase the sales and business opportunities
● Demonstrate initiatives for refinement & strengthening of existing product
● Regular follow up with new and existing customers
