📈 Data: sensor-driven data doubling ~every 12 months
🧠 Model capacity: effective “brain size” doubles ~every 6 months
🤖 AI teaching AI: systems learning from each other at scale

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐲𝐬:
 • Data is the real moat. Code, compute, and talent are increasingly commoditized; proprietary, outcome-linked datasets win.
 • We’re past “disappointment” and into “chaos”—massive disruption plus opportunity. Don’t fear, steer.
 • Impact spans sectors: diagnostics outperforming specialists, precision ag reducing pesticides, autonomy reshaping mobility, AI designing materials and proteins at unprecedented speed.
 • Robotics: locomotion improving fast; dexterous manipulation remains hard—if your hands are dirty, your job is (relatively) safe… for now.
