Duties and Responsibilities:

Work as a part of the Juniper worldwide TAC team to resolve customer cases regarding the Juniper M&amp;T Series Core Internet routers
Responsible for escalation of critical cases directly to the Juniper Engineering team
Adhere to the SLAs to serve the clients better
Monitor the case flow to keep track of SLA adherence
Work as a team with the second level escalation centre to effectively resolve customer queries
Implement customer scenarios in the Lab environment to simulate and understand the problems
In case of Hardware failures, handle the RMA and keep track of the progress

Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for working with Sr. Security Analysts, Specialists, Account and Project Managers, and clients to establish and maintain user access to information resources
Designs, develops or recommends security systems solutions that will ensure proprietary/confidential data and systems are protected.
Provides technical services for the support of integrated security systems and solutions. Participates with the client in the strategic design process to translate security and business requirements into processes and systems.
Monitors implementation to ensure that needs are met or exceeded. Handles reporting to appropriate parties on status. Reviews objectives and recommends required changes to senior team.

I am currently working as a Consultant and freelancer trainer in the Big data Technologies. Big Data technologies are my forte; with over 15 years of extensive experience in the IT industry, I have designed and developed large-scale enterprise applications, including the building of a $30 million Big Data platform for one of the big Indian banks and 3 major big data platform for Indian Telecom Vendors. 

I take a keen interest in distributed systems such as distributed storage, databases, and processing platform. I have deep expertise in building big data analytics solutions using AWS, Azure, and Google cloud platforms. I am also well-versed in all the big data components available on these cloud providers and knows how to build solutions using them. 

As a corporate trainer, I have conducted around 600 corporate batches, and 150 online batches and trained around 22000  people. This training program was conducted for 125 different companies including Flipkart, Walmart Labs, Cisco, eBay  HPE, IBM, Samsung, etc
