I am a Chartered Accountant and an Investment Associate at the Investment and Development Office (IDO), the sovereign wealth fund of Ras Al Khaimah. I have over 7 years of experience in transaction services, financial analysis, and business model reviews, working with both private equity and strategic buyers across various sectors. At IDO, I support the management and growth of a diverse portfolio of investments, including hospitality, aviation, healthcare and tourism. I also contribute to the identification and evaluation of new investment opportunities, as well as the optimization of existing assets. I leverage my skills in financial due diligence, transaction document review, and transaction advisory services to facilitate successful deals and partnerships.
