• Assurer la bonne planification, les bonnes communications et le bon déroulement des événements
virtuels ou présentiels : panels de discussion et fireside chat, cocktails et autres opportunités de
réseautage, Galas de reconnaissance annuels à Montréal et à Toronto, etc. ;
• Participer à la mise à jour des offres de partenariat et/ou de commandites événementiel·le·s, de
concert avec l’équipe de développement des affaires ;
• Reconduire les ententes de visibilité et/ou opportunités publicitaires existantes et en développer de
nouvelles (traditionnelles et numériques) ;
• Explorer l’usage d’outils analytiques (Google Analytics, Tracking Pixels, etc.) et être l’un des principaux
points de contact auprès de fournisseur/s externe/s en marketing numérique, puis évaluer la
performance des campagnes mises en place afin de formuler des recommandations ;
• Mener le vaste projet d’instauration d’une base de données adaptée aux besoins de l’organisme, de sa
conception jusqu’à son l’implanation ;
• Participer au transfert et à la mise à jour des contacts et listes d'envoi, de concert avec les parties
prenantes concernées à l’interne ;
• Repenser et/ou promouvoir le membership (individuel et groupé) de l’organisme, puis assurer les
divers suivis nécessaires auprès des membres recruté·e·s ;
• Élaborer des propositions de sondage d’opinion/satisfaction ou des focus groups, de concert avec les
différents départements concernés, puis en compiler/analyser les résultats afin de contribuer à
l’ajustement de l’offre de LGAF ;
• Rédiger des propositions de contenus clairs et rigoureux, adaptés à divers types de documents
corporatifs, puis participer à leur mise en forme (ex. : one pagers, dossiers de commandites,
