Managed and ran an SME online publication with a team of over 40 young people and a wide reaching network of PR agencies, music labels and artists with a monthly reach of over 8000 readers.

Some of my day-to-day activities include:
- Managing the daily activity on the website (F21mag.com)
- Managing our 40 writers + editors
- Liasing with PR agencies, music labels and artists for content
- Working on Breaking news articles
- Training and coaching writers on journalism, content and branding
- Working with our Social Media teams to increase reach on all platforms
- Listening to lots of new music to discover underground gems
- Looking for new partnerships and collaborations with other magazines, Universities and relevant organisations

Frequency 21 is the musical voice of our generation and we hope to increase our engagement with young people around the global to help facilitate the conversation about the music we care about.

PRS IN VIVO

Worked with PRS IN VIVO at their ShopperLab office in Leicester.

Some of my day-to-day activities include:

- Interviewing members of the public on new products
- Probing and assessing people's opinions and judgements on products
- Managing interview flows
- Working under timed pressures
- Managing interviewee incentives

This experience has given me a fantastic insight into Market research and behavioural insights and given me a much stronger understanding of the importance of questioning and probing. I have also seen and understood the importance of market research for big firms and how the data taken by companies like PRS IN VIVO can be used in achieving  marketing, promotional and operation goals.

For far too long, I’ve seen first-hand the challenges charities (big and small) face with failing strategies when it comes to making a difference.

From outdated websites to posters made on PowerPoint, we’re saying NO to the old way of doing things.

That’s why I set up Jetpack Marketing.

To be the bridge that connects mission-driven organisations and digital innovation.

We want to help amplify the world’s most important messages through effective marketing and communication.

This year, my biggest focus is creating and collaborating with those on a similar mission to mine.
