Delivering transformational products that make life better, still gives me a rush even after all these decades of being in the industry. My passion for helping people realize and leverage their strengths to advance, led to my Gallup Strengths Coach Certification. Bringing that to the work environment in the form of coaching has enabled me and my teams to sign up and deliver on many industry leading products across Intuit, vmware & Oracle. I learnt early that building an organization capable of attracting the best talent means creating an inclusive environment where everyone can be bring their authentic self to work every day. You have the most fun when you can be yourself ! and work without fun will be not satisfying to me or my teams.
