•As a Scrum master, I was responsible for Scrum adoption and implementation in the organization.
Some of the practices facilitated and followed by me:
Training and mentoring team on Scrum framework
Facilitating in setting up the Sprint cadence
Facilitating in defining the definition of ready/definition of done
Facilitating the Sprint planning, Daily stand up, review and retrospective.
•Coaching teams on Product Backlog, Spring Backlog and Burn down chart patterns. 
•Helping team in doing sizing (estimation) of User Stories using Planning Poker.
•Collaborate with Product Owner and the team for Product backlog creation, Feature Prioritization and Spring Backlog creation. Enabling close cooperation across all roles and functions.
•Help team to resolve or escalate blocking impediments, so that the team can remain focused.
•Coordinate dependencies between teams with other Scrum Masters.
•Collaborate with Product owner to refine the backlog and prepare it for next sprint(s).
•Collaborate with Business owners, Product managers and Product owners to assure strategy, vision and roadmap alignment and execution.
•Track sprint or release progress and team productivity using Agile metrics (Burndown, Velocity, Lead Time, Cycle Time etc.)
•Develop release schedules, estimates and team structure for budgeting and funding.
•Work with Development managers to manage team capacity.
•Coach the development team to practice the core agile principles of Collaboration, prioritization, team accountability, and visibility.
•Ensure cross-functional coordination (analysts, developers and testers) is occurring early and often.
