In my role, I oversee the new client acquisition (hunting), key account management (farming),  product development, and marketing activities for the company. It involves the following responsibilities:

- Managing the commercial functions for a turnover $50+ million from 40+ countries globally
- Developing the commercial plans for 40+ source markets
- Managing a portfolio of 10+ overseas sales offices across the globe
- Working with various projects teams on global projects such as tours transformation and digital 
    acceleration
- Training of KAMs (Key Account Managers) on business development and client servicing
- Analysing markets and identifying business growth opportunities
- Driving and participating in RFP processes and new business development projects
- Managing proposals and submissions of tenders/ bids for key target accounts
- Developing and implementing customer communication aiming at destination updates, product 
   launches and ongoing promotions.
- Leading all Marketing activities – including websites, social media and trade event participations
- Representing the company in tradeshows and joint marketing activities with various partners from the 
   Destination Services Group
- Handling special projects as assigned by global platforms/functions or local business development 
    needs
- On-boarding clients on MDT distribution platform and ETA platform

Launched IndeBo Sports - a brand that celebrated the true essence of sportsmanship. Dedicated to  developing sports tourism opportunities around all global sporting events in India, the brand came into the role of creating extraordinary experiences for passionate players, accelerating and maintaining their physical and mental fitness through handcrafted journeys. 

The tailormade programs were a melange of competitive fixtures, learning on and off the field combined with cross-cultural experience which was the key to academic success.

Every location, every accommodation, every experience was verified and validated on health and safety parameters. Whether it was hiking up the Himalayas, cruising by the backwaters, diving in the Andamans, cycling through a village in Rajasthan, volunteering in the cold desert of Ladakh or playing a game of hockey or cricket in most iconic places, we scouted and provided the best to every partner.

We worked closely with LOC (Local Organising Committee) of FIFA during the U-17 WC in India. We managed logistics for the scouting and provided concierge service to the VIP guests at all the airports.

- Extended global brand reach to UK, Germany, Poland, Austria, Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania &

- dealt with the technology vendors to see whether the website/app has been completed as per the design and features submitted.

- regulated all activities under the marketing costs and see whether they lie under the budget. 
- identified initiatives to reduce marketing costs.
