• Kinematic & Compliance analysis are carried out such as parallel wheel travel, opposite wheel travel, steering simulation, etc. and suspension characteristic such as wheel rate frequency, ride rate frequency, steering ratio, toe & camber compliance, lateral & longitudinal compliance, etc. were co-related with physical SPMM test results. 
• Full vehicle is created by assembling various subsystems and handling simulations such as CRC, Ramp steer, Step steer, On-center, etc. are done and handling characteristic such as understeer gradient, side slip gradient, roll gradient, steering effort, maximum lateral acceleration, maximum lateral force, etc. were co-related with physical instrumentation handling test results.
• Full vehicle ride simulation such as frequency domain 3D road profile is carried out to co-relate vertical & longitudinal acceleration and dissipation time at driver and passenger seat, head and foot locations with physical test results.
• Full vehicle rollover simulation is carried out to co-relate the roll behavior such as roll angle and roll rate with the physical test results. Further to these, a new template is developed for virtual simulation of curb trip rollover representing the physical testing machine. Virtual simulation is then carried out to co-relate the roll angle and roll rate of simulation with the physical tested results.

Project work on Design of Bellow Endurance Rig Stroking and Articulating Mechanism. I have design a mechanism in which by changing crank radius the stroking distance is controlled. This replaces the conventional method which needs an employee to change the stroking distance. The need of this mechanism is to get automation. This design meets all the requirements and it is successfully implemented in the company.
